These Terms govern your use of the AAA Code website at https://aaa-code.app and the AAA Codedesktop application (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The Service is operated by LIU Haowen, a sole proprietor based in Hong Kong SAR, China. You can contact us at hwwn@live.com.

2. The product

AAA Codeis a desktop client for Claude that connects to Anthropic’s API using an API key you supply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Your use of Anthropic’s API is governed by Anthropic’s own terms.

3. License grant

When you purchase a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to install and use AAA Code on the device(s) on which the license key is activated, subject to these Terms. License keys are bound to device(s) and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

All tiers include free software updates for the lifetime of the product. The set of features included in “core” and “premium” may evolve as we develop the product; we will not demote a feature out of a tier you have already paid for.

4. License tiers

AAA Code is offered in three one-time-purchase tiers:

  • AAA Code Member ($5) — Access to all core features of AAA Code, plus lifetime free updates.
  • AAA Code VIP Member ($10) — Everything in Member, plus all premium features currently available and any future premium features we add.
  • AAA Code VVIP Member ($15) — Everything in VIP Member, plus priority handling of feature requests and direct email support.

“Priority handling” for VVIP Members means we commit to acknowledging eligible support requests and feature requests before those of other tiers. It does not guarantee that any particular feature will be built or that a request will be resolved within a specific timeframe.

5. Free trial

New installations include a 7-day free trial starting from first launch. When the trial ends, the application is locked until a valid license key is activated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with license checks;
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party services

AAA Coderequires an Anthropic API key that you provide; all API usage is billed by Anthropic directly to you and is governed by Anthropic’s terms. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy; the payment transaction is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s merchant terms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you create with the Service, including your prompts, conversations, and code. We retain all rights in the AAA Code software, including its source code, binaries, and associated documentation.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Releases are currently unsigned. AI output is non-deterministic and may be incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these Terms (including reverse engineering, license key sharing, or fraudulent chargebacks). You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, China.
