Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

All license purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Why

AAA Code offers a 7-day free trial of the full application before any purchase. You are expected to evaluate the product during the trial period to decide whether it meets your needs before paying.

3. Exceptions we will honor

Even so, we will issue refunds in the following specific cases:

• License never delivered. If you paid but never received a working license key, we will issue a full refund.
• Duplicate charge. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate.
• Statutory consumer rights. Where your local law grants non-waivable refund rights (for example, certain EU consumer protections), we will honor what the law requires.

4. Lemon Squeezy buyer protection

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds to buyers under its own buyer-protection terms. That process is between Lemon Squeezy and the buyer and is independent of this policy.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate license revocation.

6. How to request a refund

For any of the exceptions listed in section 3, email hwwn@live.com with your order number and a short description. We aim to reply within 7 business days.
